The holidays in July and August can be much more than rest. For young Brazilians between 14 and 25 who are passionate about soccer, these weeks represent the chance to train on European professional fields, compete in official matches and experience soccer in the same way as athletes from renowned clubs.

The MSM Football Academy, located in Prague, capital of the Czech Republic, brings together young people from different countries in programs that combine intensive training with cultural immersion in the heart of Europe. Unlike recreational camps, this program functions as an official Czech soccer club, which competes in the country's 5th division and has direct partnerships with Sparta Praha, Bohemians and Meteor.

Training at the same facilities as professionals

The training takes place at the premises of the Football Federation of the Czech Republic, on the artificial turf of FC Aritma Prague and on the natural field of FC Sparta Praha. These are the same spaces where professional teams train daily.

The structure includes:

  • UEFA certified technicians
  • Daily fitness sessions with experts
  • Professional lawns (natural and artificial)
  • Access to high-level sports centers
  • Complete sports equipment provided by Nike, official sponsor

During the program, participants take practical and theoretical classes on tactics, technical foundations, and athletic development. The focus is on improving individual skills while developing an understanding of the collective game.

Official games and competitive tournaments

The MSM Football Academy doesn't just offer training. As an official club registered with the Czech Football Federation, students participate in approximately 30 games a year, including 6 official cup matches and around 10 friendly matches.

The best players are selected by the coaches to make up the official team that competes regularly. The games take place mainly from Tuesday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Scouts from professional clubs follow the matches and tournaments, creating real opportunities for visibility on the European sports scene.

This competitive experience offers something that few programs achieve: the chance to play real soccer, with an official schedule, consistent opponents, and a professional environment.

More than soccer: immersion in Prague and Europe

Prague is located in the center of Europe, within the Schengen Area, facilitating travel to other countries during the program. Participants explore the medieval city with its historic bridges, castles, and Gothic architecture.

The cultural program includes:

  1. Welcome party
  2. Guided tours of Prague
  3. Visits to museums and exhibitions
  4. Boat trip on the Vltava River
  5. Europe's largest zoo
  6. Prague Water Park
  7. Musical nights
  8. Trips to Karlovy Vary and Český Krumlov
  9. International tours (Dresden, Berlin, Munich, Vienna)

While training soccer, young people learn English or Czech on a daily basis, live with students of different nationalities, and develop independence away from home. For many, this experience Open doors for High School programs abroad or other educational exchanges.

2, 3, or 4-week programs

MSM offers flexibility in summer program durations:

2-week program

  • 50 hours of English or Czech
  • 40 hours of German
  • Daily soccer training
  • Accommodation and meals included
  • Public transport
  • 24 hour coordination

  • 60 hours in German
  • Intensive training
  • Complete cultural program
  • International trips

4-week program

  • 100 hours of English or Czech
  • 85 hours in German
  • Professional training
  • All cultural activities
  • Maximum immersion in the European environment

All programs include student residence accommodation, full board (breakfast and dinner), full Nike uniform, public transport card, Czech telephone chip, and health insurance.

Accommodation and complete structure

Participants stay in student residences with full board. Food includes breakfast and dinner, allowing young people to try local cuisine while maintaining adequate nutrition for training.

Support goes beyond hosting. Coordinators are available 24 hours a day, airport transfer is included, and there is full assistance with documentation from the first contact. Parents receive regular updates on their children's development during the program.

The Czech Republic uses the Czech koruna as its currency, making the cost of living more affordable compared to eurozone countries. This advantage allows the program budget to be optimized without compromising quality.

Languages and academic development

In addition to soccer training, participants have language classes that work as an integral part of the program. Options include English, Czech, or German, with qualified teachers and methods specific to international students.

Classes take place in the morning, while training takes place in the afternoon and evening. This structure ensures balance between athletic and academic development. At the end, students receive a certificate of participation and a diploma from the language course.

For young people who consider long-term exchange in Europe, the summer camp works as a test. It is possible to experience European life, assess adaptation to climate and culture, and decide if longer programs make sense.

Requirements and preparation

To participate in the soccer summer camp in Prague, young people need to:

  • Be between 14 and 25 years old
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Soccer ability (all levels are assessed)
  • Documentation valid for international travel
  • Travel insurance

It's not necessary to be a professional player. The program serves both developing and young athletes who wish to raise their technical level in a professional environment. The coaches make individual assessments and direct each participant according to their abilities.

Preparation includes guidance on documentation, pre-shipment meetings, and a complete checklist of required items. Be Easy accompanies each stage, from registration to return to Brazil.

Partnerships that make a difference

The MSM Football Academy maintains official partnerships with professional clubs in the Czech Republic. Sparta Praha, one of the most prestigious clubs in the country founded in 1893 and a 12-time Czech league champion, is among the key partners.

These partnerships mean real access to the backstage of European football. Visits to stadiums, conversations with professional players, and participation in sporting events are part of the experience. For young people who dream of International sports career, those connections are valuable.

The programs are approved by the Czech Football Federation, ensuring that the entire structure follows established professional standards for the development of athletes.

Development beyond the field

Participating in a sports program abroad develops skills that go far beyond soccer. Young people learn to manage time between training, classes, and cultural activities. They live with people from different cultures, practice languages on a daily basis, and make decisions independently.

This accelerated maturity appears in the classroom when they return to Brazil. Students who have done international sports programs often demonstrate more focus, discipline, and clarity about career goals. Many discover new areas of interest other than sports, such as languages, history, or international relations.

Experience also teaches resilience. Training in another language, adapting to different methods, and competing against players from other countries requires the ability to overcome. These are skills that are valued both in sport and in future professional life.

Prague as a base for discovering Europe

Prague's location allows easy access to other European capitals. On weekends, participants visit historic cities such as Dresden in Germany, Vienna in Austria, and explore Czech villages such as Karlovy Vary, famous for its thermal baths.

Each trip is accompanied by coordinators, ensuring safety and maximum enjoyment. Students learn about European history on the spot, visiting places they studied in books. The contrast between medieval Prague and modern German metropolises offers unique perspectives on cultural development.

These excursions complement the training of young people, expanding worldviews and building memories that last forever. Many report that the trips were as impactful as the soccer training sessions.

Affordable cost of living in the Czech Republic

Compared to other European destinations, the Czech Republic offers a more affordable cost of living. While countries like England, Germany, and France use the euro, the Czechs keep the Czech crown, resulting in lower prices for food, transportation, and entertainment.

This difference benefits participants who want to buy souvenirs, try local restaurants, or take additional tours during free time. Money yields more, allowing you to enjoy Europe without excessive financial worries.

For families planning to visit their children during the program, room and board costs in Prague are significantly lower than in other European capitals, making this reunion easier.

Networking and lasting connections

During the weeks in Prague, participants create bonds with young people from different countries. These friendships often continue after the program, through social networks and even future visits.

Networking isn't limited to colleagues. Connections with Czech soccer coaches, coordinators, and professionals may open doors in the future. Some alumni return to long-running programs, while others keep in touch for internship or work opportunities in Europe.

The global network that forms during the summer camp is one of the least visible but most valuable benefits of the program. In an increasingly connected world, having friends in different countries enriches perspectives and creates unexpected opportunities.
