Training on professional fields and mastering English: soccer summer camp in the Czech Republic
%20(1).png)
Many young people return from soccer programs abroad without actually practicing English. Others take language courses and spend their holidays away from the lawns. The question is always the same: how to reconcile technical development in sports with real learning of a foreign language?
Prague found the answer. The Czech capital welcomes young people from July to August in programs of 2 to 4 weeks that combine training in professional fields with intensive English classes. There are 50 hours of language, Uefa-certified technicians and immersion with students from more than 20 countries. All this with trips included to Dresden, Berlin, Munich, and Vienna.
How it works: English in the morning, soccer in the afternoon (or vice versa)
The routine alternates between classroom and lawn. Depending on the group and week, mornings may be dedicated to English while afternoons are left for training, or the other way around. The important thing is that both take place every day, creating an intense learning pace.
English workload:
- 2 weeks: 25 academic hours
- 3 weeks: 37 academic hours
- 4 weeks: 50 academic hours
Classes take place in classes of a maximum of 12 students, with native or bilingual teachers. The teaching material is included in the program.
Where do the trainings take place:
- Fields of the Czech Football Federation
- FC Aritma Prague artificial turf
- FC Sparta Praha's home turf (12x Czech league champion)
- 4 to 5 workouts per week
All coaches are UEFA certified, following a European methodology that prioritizes technical and tactical fundamentals. In addition to regular training, the participants play friendly matches and play organized tournaments.
Each athlete receives individual performance analysis and technical report at the end. O sports exchange program from Be Easy guarantees access to that professional structure that few places in Brazil are able to offer.
IELTS preparation: certification that opens doors
The program offers two English language options. The first is the general course, focused on conversation and fluency for everyday use. The second is specific preparation for the IELTS exam, a certification recognized internationally by universities and companies.
What is IELTS:
- Measures proficiency in four skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking
- The score ranges from 0 to 9
- Most European universities require a minimum of 6.0
- Valid for 2 years after taking the test
The preparation course works with simulations, specific techniques for each section, and practice with real questions. The official exam fee is not included, but the student is prepared to take it at any authorized center.
At the end of the program, everyone receives a certificate of completion with an itemized workload. For those who chose the IELTS option, the certificate specifies the preparation carried out.
This certification makes a difference when applying for longer exchange programs, especially high school or university abroad. Having IELTS in the curriculum eliminates a bureaucratic step and verifies proficiency in an objective manner.
Real immersion: 20 nationalities, 4 countries, 24/7 English
The classroom represents only one part of learning. English happens all the time because communication with other participants requires it. They are young people from Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East living in the same student residences, training together and exploring the city in groups.
During training, technical soccer vocabulary comes naturally into conversations. Terms such as “offside”, “free kick”, “corner” and “penalty” cease to be single words and become part of daily communication.
International trips included:
- Dresden and Berlin (Germany)
- Munich (Bavaria)
- Vienna (Austria)
- Karlovy Vary and Český Krumlov (Czech Republic)
Cultural activities in Prague:
- Tours of the historic center
- Vltava River boat tour
- Europe's largest zoo
- Waterpark
- Museums and art galleries
- Musical nights
All activities take place in English. The coordinators conduct tours, explain history and organize visits. This constant contact with the language speeds up the process in a way that no traditional course can.
Psychological preparation for dealing with culture shock helps young people to make better use of each interaction and transform initial discomfort into learning.
Differences between 2, 3 and 4 weeks plus what's included
Each duration serves a different purpose. The 2-week program acts as a first contact with an exchange, ideal for those who have never left Brazil alone. There are 25 hours of English, regular training and cultural activities in Prague.

- Activities in Prague

Ideal profile and concrete results
The program accepts young people from 14 to 25 years old with basic or intermediate English. It is not necessary to be fluent to participate, but some previous knowledge helps with the initial adaptation.
Who benefits the most:
- Athletes who already play for clubs in Brazil
- Young people who play soccer in a recreational way
- Students seeking international experience
- Who wants to test an exchange before a long program
The groups are divided by technical level. There's no pressure for professional performance, but the workouts maintain seriousness and intensity.
What you get in the end:
- Official diploma of the English course with workload
- Certificate of participation in the MSM sports program
- UEFA coaches' individual technical report
- Professionally edited videos of the games
- Official photos wearing a Nike uniform
- IELTS preparation certificate (where applicable)
These documents prove the experience in a tangible way. The English diploma is used for school and university selection processes. The UEFA report can be submitted in tests for clubs.
Many participants use the summer camp as a test before investing in Longest shows for teens. Getting to know the city, understanding how the structure works and having already made friends makes it much easier to adapt to a possible return of 6 months or 1 year.
